Gretchen B. Clark, P.E.

President

Gretchen is a licensed professional engineer in both Virginia and North Carolina. Gretchen graduated from Virginia Tech in 1997 with a B.S. in both Civil Engineering and Biological Systems Engineering. Gretchen has extensive experience in municipal engineering, economic development, and land development projects in Virginia and North Carolina.

Timothy C. Reynolds, P.E.

Vice President/Treasurer

Tim is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia. Tim graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Tim has extensive experience in land development and economic development projects in both Virginia and North Carolina.

Patricia J. Reynolds

Secretary

Patti is a licensed teacher in Virginia.  Patti graduated from Radford University in 1990 with a B.S. in Early and Middle Education and in 2008 she received her Master’s Degree in Education from Lynchburg College.  Patti provides marketing and creative support for Reynolds-Clark.

Christopher D. Adcock, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Chris is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and North Carolina.  Chris graduated from Virginia Tech in 1991 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  Chris has extensive experience in building construction, construction management, and land development projects in both Virginia and North Carolina.

Aubrey J. Nuckols

Wetland Specialist

Jay is a trained wetland specialist. Jay graduated from Virginia Tech in 1984 with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering.  He has made a career in the field of agriculture.  Jay provides wetland delineation and mitigation services as well as Phase I Environmental Assessments for Reynolds-Clark.

Judith F. Williams

CADD Technician

Judith is a 2004 graduate of Danville Community College with an A.S. in Engineering Technology, Drafting and Design.  Judith provides engineering technical support for all types of projects.  She is responsible for the Reynolds-Clark computer aided drafting programs.

Kristy H. Wolfe, PMP

Project Manager

Kristy is a globbaly certified Project Management Professional.  She graduated from James Madison University in 2004 with a B.B.A in Business Management with a concentration in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  In 2006, Kristy graduated Western Carolina University with a Masters of Project Management.  Kristy has experience in construction project management in Virginia.  She handles project management tasks and general office management tasks for Reynolds-Clark.
