Judith is a 2004 graduate of Danville Community College with an A.S. in Engineering Technology, Drafting and Design.  Judith provides engineering technical support for all types of projects.  She is responsible for the Reynolds-Clark computer aided drafting programs.

  • Assists all Professional Engineers with CADD drawings including utility projects and site design projects.

  • Assists with landscape design for site design projects. 

  • Provides maps and forms for all wetland delineations, stream assessments, and environmental assessments.

  • Assists with prepares and compilation of all documents for permitting applications for environmental planning projects.

  • Manages correspondence and scheduling with DEQ and the ACOE for environmental permitting.    

  • Prepares and submits all VSMP forms for site development projects.

  • Assists with office management tasks.

  • Manages all office supplies inventory and ordering. 

Project Experience:   
  • Hammock Farm Pond – Prepared all maps and documentation for wetland confirmation for the proposed construction of a farm pond on approximately 12 acres for agricultural purposes.  Also, assisted with the preparation and compilation of the permit application for an Individual Permit for the project.  Chatham, VA
  • Sappony Trading Path – Provide CADD technical support for the preliminary layout of the Cultural Center and trail, including the preliminary pond layout.  Provided CADD support for the design of the project including managing revisions and quality review.  Halifax County, VA
  • Liberty University – Provided CADD technical support for mapping streams and wetlands for the entire 5,000 acre Liberty University Campus.  Prepared numerous Environmental Maps and Joint Permit Applications and assisted with creating an overall Master Mitigation Plan.  Lynchburg, VA
  • Advanced Vehicle Research Center (AVRC) – Provided CADD technical support to design the landscape plan for the proposed site design of a facility located in the Cyber Park.  Danville, VA
  • Bojangles Restaurant – Provided CADD technical support for drafting the site design and landscape plan for the proposed Bojangles restaurant.  Rustburg, VA
  • Turn Two Carwash – Provided CADD technical support for drafted the landscape plan for the proposed six (6) bay carwash with vacuum stations according to CCUSA requirements.  Rustburg, VA
